We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually polished digital products. This role is ideal for someone who can take ideas and requirements and turn them into thoughtful user experiences, from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and developer-ready handoff.

About the Role

You’ll work across the product design process, helping define user flows, improve existing experiences, and design new features for web and/or mobile products. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, solve usability problems, and create experiences that balance user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, explaining design decisions, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and/or mobile products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product requirements and business needs into clear design solutions.
• Improve existing product experiences by identifying usability and consistency issues.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI patterns.
• Create responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Conduct user and competitor research to inform design decisions.
• Map user journeys and identify opportunities to simplify or improve the experience.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate product concepts and functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Prepare organized designs and specifications for developer handoff.
• Review implemented features and work with developers to maintain design quality.
• Use feedback, user behavior, and product data to iterate on designs.
• Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, components, interactions, and overall visual language.
• Use AI and modern design tools where appropriate to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real product design work is required.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Clickup.
• Experience designing web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Strong UI design skills and attention to visual detail.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with developers and preparing designs for handoff.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions based on user and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Lovable, Claude Code, and Codex is preferred.

• Your experience is primarily graphic design, branding, or social media design without digital product experience.
• You do not have a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX or product design work.
• You have never designed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• You focus only on visual aesthetics without considering usability and user experience.
• You are not comfortable working in Figma.
• You have no experience collaborating with developers or preparing designs for implementation.
• You require detailed instructions for every design decision and are uncomfortable proposing solutions independently
• If you’re not comfortable working with AI.
